g. Incident Management (Change Management, Problem Management, Service Management)
In today's IT environment, any service disruptions represent an expensive loss to the enterprise - in time and money. Companies with multiple application groups often take a decentralized approach to managing incidents, with each business unit responsible for the support of its customers. This approach can lead to gaps in coverage and inconsistency in service quality, particularly when support departments are unable to share information. The decision to centralize, track, prioritize, escalate, and monitor IT service disruptions is critical to minimizing business impacts. ServiceCenter Incident Management provides automated best practices for managing incidents from the time they are reported through service recovery. Following the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) guidelines, Incident Management provides incident escalation, assignment, and integrated knowledge management so that incidents can be resolved quickly or assigned and managed based on the enterprise's business rules.

Integrated with Service Call, Problem, and Change Management, Incident Management provides end- to- end incident tracking, from the initial service request, through case updates and change requests, to the implemented solution.

i. Enterprise Backup

j. Storage Management
An automated, managed storage network makes it possible to retrieve stored information quickly, in large quantities, and in the correct format- a necessary feat in today's business. HP Storage Management gives your business the agility that it needs.

k. Help Desk Services- Vaultus Mobile HelpDesk offers "out-of-the-box" solutions for HP OpenView ServiceCenter and AssetCenter solutions, enabling enterprises to make their help desk and change management systems fully available to users via a Blackberry or Windows Mobile device. Vaultus integrates directly with these HP OpenView solutions through APIs or enabled web services, and does not require changes to be made to the existing back-end system. Because Vaultus' unique technology allows HP OpenView capabilities and 100% of incident data to be always on and available through the mobile device - even if the user is completely out of wireless range - Vaultus is able to drive unparalleled productivity improvements for help desk and service teams by enabling the HP products fit the mobile work style of the user.

With Vaultus, technicians can fully interact with incidents and requests right from their mobile devices. Users can capture all activity, close incidents, escalate issues, and even open new incidents, all without having to go back and forth between their desks and the incident sites. By eliminating this downtime, support teams are typically able to gain at least 30 minutes of additional productivity, per technician, per day; and dramatically improve the information capture process, substantially improving performance against SLAs. Since users can actually open new incidents directly from their mobile devices, support teams can capture information efficiently and eliminate the "free" ad-hoc help incidents which would previously go undocumented.

l. Application Performance and QA Management- Surgient Virtual QA/Test Lab Management System (VQMS) is an enterprise application that accelerates test cycles by consolidating pre-production infrastructure and automating the setup and teardown of complex test configurations on-demand. http://h20229.www2.hp.com/partner/isv/Surgient_prod1.jsp?jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN
