This service is intended to provide a full turnkey installation of a single site core and access network infrastructure based on best practices recommendations and includes knowledge transfer and documentation.

Requirements

LAN Design Requirements

Connected equipment must be in compliance with IEEE standards implemented in deployment
Router and switch software licenses
Service is limited to up to two (2) layer-3 core devices and up to four (4) layer-2 access devices with up to four (4) VLANs
Service includes design of up to one (1) IGRP routing protocol and up to two (2) MIST spanning-tree instances

Deliverables

Plan

Identify required software features based on initial requirements
Create network diagram
Create IP allocation plan and provision addresses for network equipment
Develop configuration templates for network devices
Develop test plan to validate communication and/or failover capabilities

Deploy

Update software and firmware on network devices
Program devices based on templates
Assist with connectivity and failover testing
Provide one (1) orientation session of up to two (2) hours on products and/or technology

Network Health Check Assessment Service

Network Infrastructure Health Check Services

Services are delivered remotely over a one week period. The collected information is then analyzed and a customized best practices document is prepared with remediation recommendations.

Requirements

Administrative access to network equipment
Service includes analysis of up to ten (10) routers and/or switches in a single location.

Remediation Plan

Develop remediation plan designed to address highest risk items
Review gap analysts and remediation recommendations with customer

Consulting Services Proposal

Develop customized proposal outlining a proposed statement of work to address

network
