IIS PM Deliverables

  • Introduce project team members and identify roles
  • Solidify IIS and client leadership positions and communication paths
  • Set uniform project expectations
  • Establish a project escalation process
  • Schedule upcoming project meetings
    • Set agenda and review objectives
    • Determine milestone status
    • Send out periodic status reports
    • Review outstanding action items, current engagement issues and project plan for upcoming period
    • Determine upcoming dependencies and responsibilities (Critical Path Analysis)
  • Develop project plan with tier milestone release points
  • Coordinate vendor logistics and resources
  • Coordinate IIS project resources
  • Communicate to client PM
